Living life in the carpool lane..

M’s been grinding her teeth in her sleep lately. 

Ugh.  I hate it.  It gives me the willies and I know that can’t be good for her little teeth.

Sometimes I think I’d rather she suck her thumb in her sleep than the grinding.

I’d rather deal with the braces than her grinding her teeth into stumps!

I need advice.  What do I do to stop it?
