Since I’m NOT pregnant this month, I’ve decided to make a few changes in my lifestyle to help promote a possible pregnancy for this month..
1. More fruits/veggies – I’m not a huge fruit eater. I like veggies, but I don’t eat them as much as I should. I’m making the change to eat a more fruits and veggies. So far, so good. It’s also a great example for M, who’s discovered that she actually likes cucumber now!
2. Exercise – I haven’t been exercising lately. No excuses other than I just haven’t been. I’m starting slow by briskly walking every time I go home without having to pick up M from Grandma’s house.
3. Sleep – I’m going to TRY to get more sleep. Being tired can’t be good for someone trying to conceive. This change is difficult with a toddler that refuses to sleep, but I’m sure going to try!
4. Relax – This is another one that’s going to be difficult, but I’m really going to try. It’s easy to tell myself “relax, relax, relax..” It’s another thing to actually relax. Mind over matter, right??
